How will my order be delivered?
We select the carriers that work best for our users. Depending on your location and products, carriers may vary to ensure faster delivery and stock availability.
 
-United States Standard Delivery: FedEx/USPS/UPS, delivery takes 7 to 15 working days.
-United Kingdom Standard Delivery: delivery takes 7 to 14 working days.
-Canada Standard delivery: UPS, delivery takes 7 to 10 working days.
Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak demand season, major events, among other external factors.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email including your order tracking code once the order is confirmed. You can visit https://www.17track.net/en and use the provided code to track your order delivery status.

I want to personally sign my package
Delivery couriers don't offer this option by default, if you need this service please contact support@Gaiatop.com or or submit a request on  (additional fees may apply).
 
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
 
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can contact support@Gaiatop.com within 2 hours after placing your order to modify the address.
 

Coverage:
1.Loss Coverage. Packages Marked as “Delivered”: If your packages are marked as “delivered” by the courier but you do not receive them, we will consider them lost, provided you submit sufficient supporting documents.
2.Damage Coverage. If your packages are damaged during transit, we will compensate you bby offering either a replacement or a refund. The compensation amount will not exceed the original purchase value of the items.
3.Mis-delivery by Courier. If the delivery address provided does not match the address specified in your order information, we will compensate the costs incurred to correct the address, subject toour approval.

 
How to File a Claim:
If your packages are lost, damaged, or mis-delivered, please visit our Xcotton Resolution Center to report
claim, or contact us at support@Gaiatop.com. We would like to remind you of the time limits for issue
reporting as follows:
1.Issue of Loss: If the package is not marked as "delivered" by the courier company, it must be reported within 90 days after the order date. If the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, it must be reported within 7 days from the time the
2.Issue of Damage: If the package is delivered with damage, it must be reported within 7 days the time the courier's information is updated to "delivered." courier's tracking record is updated to "delivered."
3.Mis-delivery by Courier: If you find that the package has been delivered to the wrong addresspleasereport it to us immediately
